The service
Lower My Property Taxes is a free, informational service that estimates whether your Dallas County property may be over-assessed based on public DCAD data and provides a deadline reminder before the Texas May 15 protest deadline. There is no fee for the V1 service.
No warranty
The over-assessment estimates and savings figures are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We make no warranty, express or implied, that any specific savings outcome will result from using the service. See our methodology for how the estimates are computed.
